Founded in 1992, IWV specializes in major market, first-run syndication of independently produced programming, from drama and light entertainment to documentaries, music videos, educational series and indie films. 

Over the past ten years, IWV has committed substantial resources to the promotion and development of its distribution activities.  Through our alliances, we exhibit to all the major television markets, from industry trade shows such as NATPE in the U.S., MIP-TV and MIPCOM in Cannes, to MIP Asia in Hong Kong, and the London Program market.  IWV also has a stellar roster of international distributors that provide the company with the financial and implementation resources to insure the successful run of its programs. 

Growing at a steady pace since its inception, the Company has three major business sectors:  The Distribution sector, which specializes in launching independent productions on public television.  The Production sector which is responsible for developing and producing the intellectual property of independent producers.  The Corporate Development sector which specializes in creating strategic partnerships with foundations, individuals and corporations to secure funds for independent productions and outreach activities.
